Heather Kinzie

Founder

Heather often uses the word, passion, regarding her work, but it took a while to find it. She began her career soon after graduating and, after moving to Juneau, Alaska in 1994, found her place in Human Resources. However, while she loved building strong relationships and collaborative problem solving, she found her career somewhat unfulfilling.

Then, in 2006, she found her calling as an entrepreneur and consultant. Since that time, she has poured her heart and her boundless energy into helping leaders and their teams develop their competencies, improve their processes, and ignite their own passion in their work.

Recognizing the critical importance of leadership, communication and effective engagement among teams, Heather has spent years learning, applying, evaluating and refining her theories on group dynamics, relationships, problem solving and motivation.

Heather serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Arctic Fox Advisors. When not working, she is often exploring new places, cooking and baking for her family and neighbors, or helping others through volunteering.

Jerrad Anderson

Founder

Jerrad has a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for others' perspectives. He actively seeks out diverse voices, believing that this inclusivity leads to superior outcomes that consistently exceed expectations. Jerrad's unwavering belief in the power of great talent and effective leadership is the driving force behind his success.

Jerrad spent 13 years in the Navy, beginning as a Hebrew linguist and culminating in his expertise in Middle Eastern affairs. He then spent five years developing competencies in business and leadership. All of this secured his unwavering belief in continuous learning and growth.

In 2021, he founded the Forays Group, a holding company over a diverse array of businesses. Jerrad challenges himself to learn about the dynamics surrounding these companies so he can effectively provide insight and expertise to their leaders to ensure company growth and sustainability.

Jerrad is a lifelong Alaskan with strong ties to the Southcentral and Bristol Bay regions. When he is not thinking of yet another company to start or purchase, he can be found enjoying the state with his daughters and his dog.
